ProjectManagement is based on SQL data base technology and has been programmed by means of Microsoft development tools ensuring the compatibility with other MS Office products.

ProjectManagement has also different interfaces, for instance to Microsoft Project and SAP Business One.

The application has three frontends:

• Fat Client: main application
• Web Client: Internet functionality
• MARI Projekt .net integrated with SAP Business One: Because there is total integration with SAP Business One, all business requirements are covered by one business management solution.

System Requirements

ProjectManagement (Version 3) is based on Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1. It is executable under the system software of Microsoft that support this framework (Windows XP, 2000, 2003...).

The hardware structure of your company should comply with the following minimum system requirements to install and work with ProjectManagement:

Client

• Processor: Pentium III 700 MHz
• Main Memory: 256 MB RAM
• Rapid network access to the SQL server (from 100MBit/s)

Server

• System: Windows NT 4.0 (from SP 3), Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server
• Processor: Pentium III 300 MHz
• Main Memory: 256 MB RAM
• Mass Storage: 1 GB free hard disk space
• MS SQL Server and Client licenses

Web Client

• Using the ProjectManagement Web Client requires the application of the MS Internet Information Server (IIS).
• Usage can be effected with a browser version 4.0 or later.
• JavaScript and the application of CSS (Cascading Stylesheets) should be activated in the browser presettings.
